At Cracked Polish, we want you to be obsessed with your manicure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused polish bottles in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
